Prosciutto Salad

I found these ingredients in the fridge. The only thing I can manage to put together given the energy I have at the moment.



Yes, I was quite famished. Got that in my tummy in less than 5 minutes.

    1. Thank you Alida, I love how you can add it to anything. I love Italian food so I'll be trying out your recipes often. I will be trying to make my very first gnocchi. Do you think potato ricer is necessary for this?

      Can anyone give me advice on this before I make an investment on a potato ricer?

  2. This sounds just fine to me. I love prosciutto. I won't try to give advice on gnocchi because I've never been really happy with my efforts. I must try again.

    1. Thanks Phil, I think I might resort to purchasing pre-cooked gnocchi from the market if I can find them. Although, I can see myself making this with the kiddies quite often : )You're right, I must try to make them as well.
