This my adventure in reading cookbooks and teaching myself how to cook, bake and recreate recipes that my family will surely enjoy.
{My Family Recipe}Jugs of hugs, Bunch of sweet kisses, Scoops of laughter, Litres of compassion, Knobs of silliness, Heaping mounds of love. Fold in tenderness. Serves Everyone {A Day Without Laughter is a Day Wasted}
Thank you Alida, I love how you can add it to anything. I love Italian food so I'll be trying out your recipes often. I will be trying to make my very first gnocchi. Do you think potato ricer is necessary for this?
Can anyone give me advice on this before I make an investment on a potato ricer?
This sounds just fine to me. I love prosciutto. I won't try to give advice on gnocchi because I've never been really happy with my efforts. I must try again.
Thanks Phil, I think I might resort to purchasing pre-cooked gnocchi from the market if I can find them. Although, I can see myself making this with the kiddies quite often : )You're right, I must try to make them as well.
Lovely recipe. We all love prosciutto in our family!Ciao!
